If you have a little princess in your home, why not make her a personalized princess nightlight? We whipped up this example here in just minutes and for just $2! Here is what you will need:

4 AA Batteries
Peel and stick letters

We found everything we used here at Dollar Tree, our local dollar store. They have the nightlight in several colors, and also carry the peel and stick letters in a variety of colors. The nightlight does not come with batteries, so be sure you have some AA batteries on hand (4) before you begin.

Directions for crafting:
1. Begin by planning out the name you are putting on the light. You can fit about 5-7 letters on the light.
2. Peel one letter at a time and starting the far left of the light, stick your letters on one at a time.
3. Rub your finger over each letter well to remove air bubbles and be sure it adheres well.
4. Once your name is in place, insert the batteries (not included with the light) and watch it glow.

Your little princess will love having her nightlight to keep her safe at night. Plus the fact that you can make the light say any name you wish is even better. This would be a terrific craft for a princess themed birthday party, homeschool group, or just to pass time on a rainy day.

Give this craft a try and see how simple and inexpensive it can be to do some crafting with your little princess!
